In early June 2022, Vina Dai Phuoc officially cooperated with GalaxyOne to deploy OneHome platform, meeting the diverse living needs of SwanBay residents. With specific requirements, GalaxyOne will develop 2 features, including Resident Management (SwanBay) with features: Supermarket, payment, repair request, library... and Book boat tickets (SwanBay Boat) ) such as: Search for trains, Book tickets, Manage tickets, Announce departure times...
Resident App is an online interactive channel between residents and real estate management businesses. The platform integrates many smart utility management features, connecting a variety of products and services inside and outside the Sovico Group ecosystem, creating a new customer experience.
Through this platform, there are more than 2345 apartments centrally managed on the system at SwanBay, more than 5000 residents are supported with timely and fast daily activities. From there, creating a competitive advantage for SwanBay compared to other cities in the same segment in the market, becoming a place with ideal living space and interesting experiences.
