With thorough preparations, 2024 is expected to be a promising year for Galaxy Holdings and its Business Units (BUs) to excel together, aiming for great results. Kickstarting the important activities of the year, on March 22 and 23, the Galaxy Family organized the Business Kick-off Conference in Vung Tau.
Especially, the conference witnessed the participation of nearly 100 representatives from all BUs. Throughout 6 hours of vibrant presentations, under the spirit of "One team, One target," each BU has shared their KPIs, therefore aiming to receive the support and collaboration to achieve the goals together. Moreover, being "data-driven" was emphasized when mentioning numbers and goal-setting for 2024.
